2. You will receive a welcome email via the patient portal, along with the consent for treatment and patient information forms. Kindly fill out both and send them back via the portal.

3. A payment of $175 for the consultation is expected to be made 48 hours before the appointment. You will receive a text message on your cellphone with a link to pay directly to South Austin Endocrinology and Obesity Clinic. We use Square app platform for payment.

**Patients may check with their insurance about paying with Health Savings Accounts funds. Dr. Richeh will be accepting insurance soon.**

4. Log in to your portal 10 minutes before the consultation and click on the video icon near your name. This will lead you to the video visit. Please allow access to your camera and microphone so we can proceed with the consultation.

Please make sure that your camera format setting on your cellphone is at most efficient not highest Quality.

5. After the visit is concluded, a copy of your medical note, as well as any lab orders and imaging, will be sent to you via the portal. You can print these documents and have the lab work and imaging completed one week before your next visit.

6. Questions to the provider after the visit and between appointments are complimentary for the first two emails. For the third message, the provider will respond and charge the patient $50 for an email consultation.

7. The laboratory order and prescription will be sent to the lab and pharmacy of the patient’s choice. Patients can and should use their medical insurance to help cover the costs of laboratory tests and medications.

8. Since Appointment/consultation duration may vary according to the case complexity, please allow up to 15 min wait time.
